Book groups reflection

Hey guys!
Today I will be reflecting on book groups. This term I have been reading The Silver Sword by Ian Serraillier as well as Betty, Emily, Jigs and Liam. It was a really good book and I enjoyed reading it. I think that I completed the goals of book groups. Some of those goals were to read between lines, contribute ideas, hear others points of view and think deeply about the meaning of the book. I think did all of these each session.
The things that I liked about book groups was that I got to hear other peoples thoughts on the book and also if someone didn't understand something the others could explain it and help you out. 
What I didn't like about book groups was that sometimes not much happened in our last few chapters (this happened mainly just on our first session) so there was nothing to talk about.
Overall I think that book groups is a great thing to do and it helps to understand books more so I definitely think that it should be done again next year!
